This is a specific kit for a Jennaire 6 burner range with 6 burners, a griddle and a double oven. This listing is specifically for the Jennaire range to convert the unit for natural gas use. Size is 1/8 27 threads. Don't let the gas size confuse you, the actual size of the female threads is 3/8-inch (see pic). Many cooktops, free standing stoves and rangetops use these types of orifices and they will retrofit a number of other units which use burner assemblies with mixer tubes that fit over hooded orifices.
A comprehensive factory guide is included. This set includes 16 orifices for a stove with up to 6 burners a griddle and a double oven to convert this specific unit from natural gas for propane. This kit includes orfices for all 6 open top burners (2 for each 15,000 BTU burner which are actually two part burners; 6 orifices for the middle simmer burner which require long shank #75 orifices, and 6 orifices for the outer high heat burner which require #51 orifices), one #47 orifice for the grille (or griddle - this depends on your setup) of 18,000 BTU, one #38 orifice for the main oven with 30,000 BTU, one #47 for the 12 inch warming oven of 18,000 BTU, and one #46 orifice for the broiler of 19,000 BTU. The stock manifold output pressure for natural gas must be factory spec at 5.0 W. Contact me if your regulators output pressure is different.
Many cooktops, rangetops and free standing stoves usually come with a dual gas regulator that can be converted between natural gas and propane. Other manual adjustments might be necessary, so check your factory instruction manual details. No other hardware parts should be required to complete the conversion if your unit uses a dual gas regulator.
